I make this yummy sauce every single time I have salmon, that’s how much I love it!
Start with a salmon filet, spray a baking pan with a little cooking spray and bake for about 12 minutes (a minute or two longer if it’s super thick.) The fish should flake easily with a fork and turn a nice, light pink like in the above picture.
In the meantime, mix the following in a small bowl:
1/2 Cup Mayonaisse
1-1/2 tsp Ground Mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Steak Sauce
Makes enough for about 4 servings.
You can either spoon it over the salmon or do what I like to do – put it in a little sauce bowl and dip every scrumptious bite!
